Pawzella started with a simple frustration: finding good products for our pets shouldn't mean overpaying, digging through a dozen different stores, or gambling on something that falls apart in a month. So we set out to build one place where pet parents can find things that actually make daily life easier — better feeding tools, comfier beds, toys that hold up, and gadgets that solve real problems.
We're a small, UK-registered team — Pawzella Ltd, Company No. 16974971 — and we're just getting started. Every product we add is one we'd genuinely be happy to use with our own pets, not just something that looked good on a supplier list. We're still building our catalog and figuring out exactly what pet parents need most, which means we're adding, testing, and refining every month.
What we care about
- Picking things that work. We'd rather have a smaller catalog of things worth buying than a huge one full of filler.
- Being upfront. If something's still new or we're not 100% sure yet, we'll tell you — not oversell it.
- Listening. We're small enough that your feedback actually changes what we stock next. If there's a product you wish existed for your pet, let us know.
