Order Processing

Orders are processed within 3–7 business days after payment confirmation.
Once processed, your order will be shipped and you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Delivery times may vary depending on destination, customs processing, and carrier operations.


Shipping Destinations

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Europe, and selected international destinations.


Shipping Delays

While we work closely with our logistics partners, delays may occur due to circumstances beyond our control such as weather conditions, holidays, or carrier disruptions. In such cases, we will assist customers to ensure their order is delivered as quickly as possible.


Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it at no cost.
If the order has already been shipped, it cannot be canceled and must follow our return process.

To request cancellation, please email us with the subject line β€œCANCEL”.


Incorrect Address

If you entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us within 24 hours of placing your order.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once the order has been processed or shipped.


Damaged Items

All orders are carefully packaged to prevent damage.
If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include:

  • Your order number

  • Clear photos of the damaged item

Once verified, we will arrange a replacement or resolution at no additional cost.


Returns

Returns are accepted in accordance with our 14-Day Return & Refund Policy.
